Din's Coffee & Eatery is a vintage art cafe filled with books, coffee, and old music. Located in Grogol Utara, Kebayoran Lama, Jakarta Selatan, the cafe prides itself on its wide range of food & beverages menu, books and music memorabilia. One of the most unique things about the cafe is how it pays homage to the era of its location by meticulously preserving the artistic decor and furnishings. Inside, you will find old vinyl records, vintage vinyl turntables, old books, vintage posters, and artwork on the walls.There is also an open patio area where you can enjoy your coffee or tea. Din's Coffee & Eatery also serves a variety of western food, such as sandwich, burger, pizza, pasta, desserts, and Indonesian cuisine, such as soto ayam, nasi goreng, woku chicken, etc. It has a very cozy and relaxed atmosphere where you can come to read a book, meet with friends, or listen to music.
With a new vintage-decorated cafe in a severely competitive market in Jakarta is how Din’s Coffee & Eatery found itself in the beginning when it opened the business. Not having any digital and social media presence on the web was the cafe’s realising that it did not have the expertise, skill sets or a formidable plan to harness cafe goers into their cafe & eatery.
