With features like a simple sign-up process, secure verification, and an easy-to-use interface, Feed4ward empowers users to make smarter decisions about the jobs they take on.
This review app faced several challenges in user acquisition and marketing the platform effectively. The business had difficulty clearly communicating its value to potential users, which made it hard for tradespeople to fully understand the app’s concept and benefits. Additionally, the platform lacked a feature allowing businesses to respond to reviews, limiting engagement. On top of this, marketing efforts through Facebook and Instagram ads hadn’t been successful in reaching the right audience. This resulted in low user growth, as the business was still trying to figure out the best way to target and attract its ideal users.
We started by redesigning the review app website, transforming it into a streamlined landing page that clearly explained the app’s concept and benefits. This made it easier for tradespeople to understand the platform. To boost user acquisition, we took over their social media management and ran targeted ads on Facebook, focusing on reaching the right audience. We also suggested ways to increase engagement, including future plans for businesses to respond to reviews. These efforts improved the app’s visibility and helped drive more users to the platform.
